To keep our staff and customers safe, and in accordance with the latest Government guidelines, we’ve decided to suspend our O2 Recycle service.

We understand that for many of our customers, O2 Recycle is an important part of joining and upgrading with O2. But we need to prioritise the most important aspect of our service – keeping our customers connected – while also doing our part to halt the spread of COVID-19 and protect our National Health Service.

O2 Recycle handles many thousands of devices every week. When they arrive, our people process them and ensure that all customer data is removed from them, which involves direct physical contact with the devices. That contact puts our people at risk, and we simply can’t allow that to happen.

We’ll get O2 Recycle back up and running again as soon as we can, so hang on to your old devices for now.

Devices received after 8th April will be returned to you. If you have any questions about a device you’ve sent us we will be available up until the 8th April. You can contact us on 0345 5050202 or drop us an email at info@o2recycle.co.uk.

If you haven’t sent your device to us yet, please keep hold of it until we’re back online.
