Please place your device(s) and your Order Summary into the freepost envelope and securely seal.
For phones
• Please only send the handset and battery
• Please do not send chargers, accessories or user manuals
• Please remove and retain any SIM and memory cards (All cards received are non-returnable)
• Please protect any delicate handset screens by wrapping them in tissue or bubble wrap
Take off any PINs or passwords – if your not sure how to then write it on a post it and include with your order. or you will receive a revised price)
For digital cameras
• Please include the camera, battery and charger (or you will receive a revised price)
• Please remove any memory cards (All cards received are non-returnable)
• Please protect any delicate lenses or lcd screens by wrapping them in tissue or bubble wrap
For iPods
• Please send the iPod and the charger
• Please protect any delicate screens by wrapping them in tissue or bubble wrap
For Satellite Navigation Systems
• Please send the main unit, any mountings, charger, battery and manuals (or you will receive a revised offer)
• Please protect any delicate screens by wrapping them in tissue or bubble wrap
For handheld Game Consoles
• Please include the Game Console, battery and charger (or you will receive a revised price)
• Please remove any personal data.

O2 Recycle will not accept responsibility for the security , protection, confidentiality or use of such data. By sending your device to us you agree to release us from all and any losses, claims or damages with respect to the data enclosed or stored therein or on any media used in conjunction with any devices.
